iFUZZY 2017 Best Paper Awards
Description: To recognize the distinguished contribution of a paper presented at the 2017 International Conference on Fuzzy Theory and Its Applications (iFUZZY 2017), two best papers will be awards: one in theory and one in application. The best paper in theory will be given to the notable advancement in fuzzy theory. The best paper in application will be given to the notable advancement in the applications of fuzzy theory and technologies. No award will be given if no qualified candidate can be identified.
Eligibility: All accepted papers will be considered. The authors of the finalists must present their papers at iFUZZY 2017.
Basis for Judging: Factors to be considered are: originality, innovation, depth, quality, and significance in fuzzy theory, and quality of presentation at iFUZZY 2017.
Prize: Each best paper will be awarded with US$200 and a certificate.
Presentation: The award will be presented during iFUZZY 2017. 

 

iFUZZY 2017 Best Student Conference Paper Award

Description: To recognize a student author(s) of a paper presented at the 2017 International Conference on Fuzzy Theory and Its Applications (iFUZZY 2017) contributing to the notable advancement in fuzzy theory research, three best student papers will be awarded. No award will be given if no qualified candidate can be identified.
Eligibility: The paper must have a student as the lead author and be presented by the student at iFUZZY 2017.
Basis for Judging: Factors to be considered are: originality, innovation, depth, quality, and significance in fuzzy theory, and quality of presentation at iFUZZY 2017.
Prize: The first prize will be awarded with US$120 and a certificate. The second prize will be awarded with US$100 and a certificate. The third prize will be awarded with US$80 and a certificate.
Presentation: The award will be presented during iFUZZY 2017.
